Employment Agreements
Here at Fanselow Bell we help to ensure your business is protected in the employment relationship by providing you with a written employment agreement designed specifically for employees at your company.
It is a legal requirement by law for every employee to have a written employment agreement that describes the relationship between employer and employee. This agreement will set out the terms and conditions of employment for both parties. It will contain basic matters such as remuneration, start date, hours of work and place of work.
As part of our commitment to your business we meet with you to design the best agreement for your organisation. We endeavour to understand what it is like to work at your place ensuring the clauses you need in your agreements accurately reflect the business you are in. For example trial periods, redundancy clause options and leave entitlements.
Over the last few years there have been a number of changes in employment legislation, with more planned for 2011. All those who have an employment agreement with Fanselow Bell are on our agreement database and will be informed of any changes in legislation that may affect the employment relationship with staff.
