Jessica has been with Fanselow Bell since 2004 and has established extensive networks in the Nelson area.  Jessica came to us from holding senior sales and business roles in Australia.


Marianne has been one of our Human Resource Consultants since 2007. She is our Employment Relations expert. She covers aspects of the legal relationship with your staff.

Rosie has been managing our temps/leasing business in Nelson and Marlborough since 2001. She has developed positive relationships within companies representing  some of the regions' main industries. At any one time she can have approximately 50 temps at clients around the area.



Emma joined the team in 2006 in the Human Resource area. Emma has a broad business knowledge having spent many years in sales and marketing before making the successful transition to human resources.

Julie is our Business Manager – managing the financial, operations and business development aspects of the company.  You will also find her helping with the skills, psychometric and competency testing services we offer.


Megan Scaia – Megan works for us part-time handling the recruitment administration. If you are unable to get hold of Judy or Jessica then ask for Megan and she may be able to help with a recruitment enquiry.

Julia joins our Blenheim team as the Branch Manager. Julia specialises in permanent recruitment but is familiar with all parts of the Fanselow Bell business.


Jo manages the Temps area in Marlborough.  Jo brings extensive experience from a temporary and recruitment background. She enjoys working in the Marlborough community and organises community events in her spare time.

Kirsty is our Blenheim based Human Resources consultant. Having spent over 10 years in the HR area she is available to provide you advice on all aspects of Human Resources.


Raylene is our receptionist in the Marlborough office. She provides administrative support to the Marlborough team. Raylene hails from the West Coast but has lived in Blenheim for over 23 years now.
