Judy's expertise spans recruitment, assessment, company restructuring, HR processes and projects, career counselling and outplacement. Her experience as a consultant covers almost 20 years both in Nelson and Auckland.
Judy has a Master's degree in Sociology and a BA with a triple major - Psychology, Sociology and Education. She is also a qualified Test Assessor. Judy is a current Director of Nelson Airport Ltd and is on the Board of Trustees for Nelson College for Girls.

Paul has held General Management and Director positions with Telecom New Zealand, Westpac, Nelson Marlborough Health and Nelson Building Society. He graduated with an LLB in 1980 and practiced law for 2 years.
He specialised in Industrial Relations when he worked as an Industrial and Legal Advocate for the Employers Association in Wellington for 8 years. He was involved in drafting the Employments Contracts Act in 1990 which radically reformed labour relations in New Zealand.
A move to the corporate world and General Management positions means his expertise and experience is unparalleled in the Employment Relations and Human Resources field in NZ. |
